Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Mollie B.V., our certified payment service provider. Mollie is PCI-DSS compliant and supports a wide range of payment methods. Full Rotation Shop never stores your payment details.
The following payment methods are accepted at checkout:

Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If payment fails or is not completed, your order will not be placed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country. Costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.

Important: All prices are in euros and include any applicable handling fees. Import duties or local taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during public holidays, peak periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Vinyl records require careful handling during transit. All orders from Full Rotation Shop are packed using dedicated vinyl mailers with cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending, and where necessary, additional bubble wrap for extra protection. We take packaging seriously — your records should arrive in the same condition they left us.
If your order arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging on our part, please refer to our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.
Delivery Zones & Restrictions
We currently ship to the following regions:
- All countries within the European Union.
- United Kingdom (post-Brexit import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility).
- Switzerland and Norway.
- Select countries outside Europe — please contact us at fullrotation@gmail.com to check if we deliver to your location.
We are currently unable to ship to the following:
- P.O. boxes or postal locker addresses.
- Countries under international trade sanctions or export restrictions.
- Any location where the import of physical media is restricted by local law.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.
