Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. This is known as the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The 14-day period begins on the day you (or someone you designate) physically receive your order. If your order consists of multiple shipments, the period begins on the day you receive the final item.
Exception: Sealed Audio Recordings
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for copy-protection reasons — this includes vinyl records. If you break the seal on a record, you lose your right of withdrawal for that item.
This exception does not apply if the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, you retain the right to a remedy regardless of whether the seal has been broken. See the section on Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items below.
How to Cancel Your Order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can do this in one of the following ways:
- Send an email to fullrotation@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
- Use the EU Model Withdrawal Form included at the end of this document (you are not required to use this form, but it is available to you).
We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email once we have received your withdrawal notice. The withdrawal is considered timely as long as you send your notification before the 14-day period has expired.
Returning Your Item
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item to us without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of your notification. Items must be returned to the following address:

Please ensure the following when returning an item:
- Include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
- Pack the item securely. Vinyl records are fragile — use appropriate protective packaging.
- Records must be returned in their original condition. Unsealed records are only returnable in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Full Rotation Shop is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

If we are covering return shipping, we will send you a prepaid return label by email after you contact us at fullrotation@gmail.com.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund:
- The full purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Standard outbound shipping costs, if applicable — we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer. We do not refund the cost of expedited or express shipping if you chose that option.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few additional business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment after we initiate the refund.
Note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have provided proof of return shipment — whichever comes first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your record arrives damaged, has a pressing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at fullrotation@gmail.com. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item (where applicable).
We will offer you a replacement, store credit, or full refund. In these cases, return shipping is covered by Full Rotation Shop. The sealed-record exception to the right of withdrawal does not apply to defective or incorrectly sent items.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect or incorrect delivery:
- Vinyl records that have been unsealed (broken seal), unless defective or incorrectly sent.
- Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer after delivery.
