The GrooveDeck Standard is the turntable Full Rotation Records would hand to a friend buying their first record player. It does everything well, costs less than a pair of decent trainers, and won’t embarrass you when the audiophiles come round.

Built for Beginners Who Take It Seriously

The GrooveDeck Standard is not a toy. It ships with a genuine Audio-grade moving-magnet cartridge pre-mounted on an aluminium headshell, a static-balanced S-shaped tonearm with adjustable anti-skate, and a built-in phono preamp switchable between phono and line level. It also has a USB-B output for ripping records to your computer.

Drive System

Belt-drive. This is the correct choice for home listening. The motor is mechanically isolated from the platter by the belt, which absorbs motor vibrations before they can reach your stylus. The result is a quieter noise floor than direct-drive decks at this price point.

Platter and Mat

The 300 mm aluminium die-cast platter pairs with an included felt slip mat. Aluminium platters have better resonance-damping properties than the plastic platters found on competing decks at this price.
